How can I place an order?
Shopping with Montana is very easy as we offer different possibilities to place an order. You can purchase our products online or contact us per mail, phone or fax
When will I receive my order?
After the order has been processed the package will leave our warehouse within 24 hours if we have the products in stock and you will get your purchased product within 5 to 10 working days. If you choose the option “Express Delivery” you will get your purchase within 1 to 4 working days.
How do I measure wood sculptures?
When measuring wood sculptures we always consider the longest side. Standing figures are measured from the head to the feed; lying figures are measured by the width. The size of crib figurines is oriented on the size of Saint Josef, whereas all other figures and animals are carved in the right to the figure of Saint Josef.
Which types of wood do you use?
Our wooden sculptures are made out of different wood types such as ash tree, oak, maple, cherrywood, pine, lime wood and walnut wood. Smaller figurines are often made out of maple whereas statues bigger than 40 cm are usually are made out of lime wood or pine.
Are crib figurines available all over the year?
Most of the crib figures are in stock throughout the year and can be delivered within a few days.
